Our group members are Tajul Islam, Imran Ali, Naseha Yasmin and Shanaz Ahmed. As part of our A Level Coursework, we have to produce a two minute film opening. The genre that Ghost Productions specialises in is thriller. The research and planning is part of our preparation for the actual task, illustrating some of the themes and ideas we wish to include.
Foundation Portforlio
Preliminary Task
Our Preliminary Task helped us get familiar with using a variety of editing shots as well as using different camera angles. We identified that the using these skills has benefitted us in understanding the different aspects of media. The use of Final Cut also helped us get used to using editing tools and during this we noticed the mistakes we made and are now aware of where to improve, regarding aspects such as lighting and sound.
Film Opening
This is our finished product of our film opening. The research and planning that we carried out on the thriller genre contributed to the result of our final film opening.
